Construction and Real Estate law builds upon general legal principles and methodologies and incorporates the regulatory framework (including RERA, security of payment, planning, environmental and building regulations); contract methodologies and selection (including traditional and alternative forms of contracting); subcontract issues; causes of action, and liability, arising in contract, negligence and on other grounds; insurance and performance security; dispute resolution and avoidance.
The experience in construction and real estate area encompasses but is not limited to the following:

- Legal services for disputes related to time adherence, output, impact, costs, differing site conditions and default.
- Drafting and negotiation of complex construction contracts and advising bank guarantee issues.
- Ensuring implementation of all types of construction delivery systems.
- Drafting, negotiation, and providing legal opinion on reservation contract and Sale Purchase Agreement.
